Ingredients

Pam cooking spray (Oil, original)
1 spray , about 1/3 second / 0.30 grams
Spinach (Raw)
1 cup / 30 grams
Egg white (Raw, fresh eggs)
3 egg white (separated from yolk) / 120 grams
Swiss cheese (NAN)
1/2 oz / 14.2 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Spray a non-stick pan with a little cooking spray. Sauté spinach until it just begins to wilt, about 3-5 minutes. Add lightly beaten egg whites. Cook until completely opaque, flipping once Top with swiss cheese.
