Ingredients

Cottage cheese (Creamed, large or small curd)
1/4 cup, small curd (not packed) / 56.3 grams
Greek yogurt (Plain, whole fat)
2 tbsp / 30 grams
Strawberries (Raw)
1/2 cup, sliced / 83 grams
Whole milk (3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D)
3/4 cup / 183 grams
Vanilla extract (NAN)
1/8 tsp / 0.53 grams
Honey (NAN)
2 tsp / 14.1 grams
Organic Chia Seeds (Trader Joes)
2 tbsp / 24 grams
Blueberries, frozen (Unsweetened)

Instructions

Step 1
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, greek yogurt, 1/2 of the strawberries, milk, vanilla, and honey and blend thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth. You may have to scrape down with a spatula once in between.
Step 2
Pour into a resealable container and add the chia seeds, stirring well. Let sit at least two hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Stir well before serving and top with extra berries. Enjoy!
