Ingredients

Butter (Unsalted)
2 tbsp / 28.4 grams
Coconut oil (NAN)
2 tbsp / 27.2 grams
Vanilla Extract (Pure – Kirkland Signature)
1 tsp / 5 grams
Coffee (Brewed from grounds, prepared with tap water)
2 cup (8 fl oz) / 474 grams
Heavy whipping cream (Fluid)
1/3 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) / 79.3 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Make sure all of the ingredients are relatively warm (excluding whipping cream). In a blender put your butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract together.
Step 2
Add the coffee and blend for about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add heavy cream now and blend about 1 more minute.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
