Ingredients

Peanut butter (Smooth style, without salt)
1/4 cup / 64.5 grams
Curry powder (Spices)
2 tsp / 4 grams
Olive oil (Salad or cooking)
1 tbsp / 13.5 grams
Salt (Table)
1 dash / 0.40 grams
Cauliflower (Raw)
1 head medium (5-6″ dia.) / 588 grams
Almonds (Nuts, raw)
1/2 cup, sliced / 46 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 345 degrees F.
Step 2
Mix peanut butter, curry powder, olive oil and salt
Step 3
Add the chopped raw cauliflower and almonds and mix well.
Step 4
Spread cauliflower heads on a baking pan and place on top rack of the oven. Wait until brown and flip. The process takes about 10 minutes total. Enjoy!
