Ingredients

Vanilla extract (NAN)
1/2 tsp / 2 grams
Lowfat milk (Fluid, 1% milkfat, with added vitamin a and vitamin d)
1 cup / 244 grams
Coffee (Brewed from grounds, prepared with tap water)
4 fl oz / 118 grams
Sugar (White, granulated sugar)
2 tbsp / 25.2 grams
Cinnamon (Spices, ground)
1 tbsp / 7.8 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Using a saucepan, add milk and vanilla.
Step 2
On a medium heat, warm the milk until it starts bubbling, stirring to prevent burning.
Step 3
Remove the milk from heat and stir sugar in to taste.
Step 4
Using a hand frother or blender, whisk milk until frothy, about one minute.
Step 5
Half fill a cup with fresh hot coffee.
Step 6
Add the hot milk to almost fill cup. Spoon milk froth to top.
Step 7
Dust the top of cup with cinnamon.
