Ingredients

Olive oil (Salad or cooking)

Honey ham (Smoked, cooked)

Pineapple (Raw, all varieties)

Egg (Whole, fresh eggs)

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped ham to the pan and cook until it begins to brown. Remove from pan. Add pineapple and cook until it begins to brown. Remove from pan.
Step 2
Mix egg with egg whites and cook on heated skillet. Return ham and pineapple to the skillet. Add cheese. Cover and cook until cheese has melted and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
