Instructions
Step 1
*This recipe is Gluten-Free!* Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash up the bananas with a fork and add in the oats, coconut, protein powder and vanilla. Mix well and then add the raisins (or walnuts) last. Mixture should be sticky.
Step 3
Scoop the dough into cookie shapes and place on a lightly greased baking tray or nonstick cookie sheet. Cookies do not expand when baked so make them the size you want to serve.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve.
