Ingredients

Whey protein powder (Gold Standard, Any flavor, 100% whey protein)
120 grams / NAN
Pumpkin (Canned, without salt)
1/2 cup / 123 grams
Cream cheese (Low fat)
1/2 cup / 120 grams
Egg (Whole, fresh eggs)
1 extra large / 56 grams
Pumpkin pie spice (Spices)
1 1/2 tsp / 2.5 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Grease a loaf pan or use a cooking spray to coat sides.
Step 3
Mash together pumpkin and cream cheese. Stir in protein powder until thoroughly combined. Add egg and mix until the dough becomes more like a pancake batter.
Step 4
Pour into your greased/silicon pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and slice.
