Ingredients

Oatmeal (Cereals, Quaker, dry rolled oats)
1/4 cup / 20 grams
Whole milk (3.25% milkfat, with added vitamin D)

Nonfat greek yogurt (Nonfat, plain)

Chia seeds (Seeds, dried)

Instructions

Step 1
In a 1 cup jar or other resealable container add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Put lid on jar and shake well to mix. Remove lid, add blueberries and stir until mixed throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Eat chilled.
