Ingredients

Reduced fat milk (Fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin a and vitamin d)
2 cup / 488 grams
Sugar (White, granulated sugar)
1 tbsp / 12.6 grams
Butter (Salted)
1/2 tbsp / 7.1 grams
Semolina (Unenriched)
1/3 cup / 55.7 grams
Strawberry jam (NAN)
1 tbsp / 20 grams
Salt (Table)
1 dash / 0.40 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Pour milk into small cooking pot, add sugar and butter.
Step 2
Put on moderate burner and bring to boil, stir from time to time.
Step 3
Remove cooking pot from burner and gradually stir all semolina flour in using a whisk.
Step 4
Put cooking pot back on burner, continuously stirring with a whisk bring it back to boil, and remove again, continue to stir until it gains desired thickness. Season with salt, to taste.
Step 5
Pour jam over and mix well. Enjoy!
