Ingredients

Tea (Brewed, prepared with tap water)
1 cup (8 fl oz) / 237 grams
Sugar (White, granulated sugar)
1 tbsp / 12.6 grams
Whole milk (3.25% milkfat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d)
1 tbsp / 15 grams

Instructions

Step 1
Boil water. While boiling put tea packet in an empty mug.
Step 2
Pour boiling water into mug with tea bag and let brew for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add sugar and milk as desired.
