Ingredients

Tortillas (Ready-to-bake or -fry, flour)
5 tortilla (approx 7-8″ dia) / 230 grams
Hummus (Home prepared)
1 1/2 cup / 369 grams
Canned black beans (Low sodium, drained)
1 can / 425 grams
Red bell pepper (Sweet, raw)
1 medium (approx 2-3/4″ long, 2-1/2 dia.) / 119 grams
Corn (Sweet, yellow, raw)

Instructions

Step 1
Drain and rinse beans and corn. Chop veggies and cilantro.
