Ingredients

Banana (Raw)
1 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) / 118 grams
Reduced fat milk (Fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin a and vitamin d)
1 1/4 cup / 305 grams
Peanut butter (Smooth style, without salt)
20 grams / NAN
Coffee (Instant, regular, powder)
1 packet / 2 grams
Whey protein powder (Gold Standard, Any flavor, 100% whey protein)
30 grams / 30 grams

Instructions

Step 1
For best results slice and freeze the banana overnight to provide an extra thickening-agent.

Pour the milk into a long (important!) glass/shaker/blender, add the sliced banana and 5 ice cubes.
